记者今日获悉,兴业银行(601166)近日为龙湖集团在合肥市房地产开发项目出具现金保函置换预售监管资金1.9亿元。这是该行落地的首笔预售资金监管现金保函业务,支持房企盘活资金。
该笔保函遵循银保监会《关于商业银行出具保函置换预售监管资金有关工作的通知》要求,置换金额不超过监管账户中确保项目竣工交付所需资金的30%,且仅用于支付本项目建设施工款,帮助房地产企业缓解流动性压力,稳定房地产市场预期。
据悉,近期兴业银行与龙湖地产等10家房地产企业签订战略合作协议,合计提供意向性融资总额达4400亿元,并携手签约房企,组建工作专班,全力支持“保交楼、保民生、保稳定”工作,促进房地产市场健康发展。
